Sometimes a person can develop unreasoning paranoia (and, really, isn’t all paranoia “unreasoning?”) for reasons of temporary brain chemistry alteration.  During a recent, minor flare-up of this condition, I fantasized that the Powers That Be had changed the sun’s very appearance (how? computers, duh.) to that of Trump’s blond, cherubic face, swoop of baldness-hiding comb-over included.  One was, of course, tempted to look, to stare, to hallucinate in the final moments before permanent blindness that one actually could see the life-giving Overlord smiling smugly down on us all…

“Theoretical Conspiracies”

I think a reasonable (!) assumption can be made that a sufficiently convincing correlation exists between Trump’s two terms and the generally understood roster of events “predicted” in the Book of Revelations.  Should such a theory be put forward in a confident, conspiratorial manner, there will be those who believe it.

For example: What if Trump is forced (for whatever reason) to give up the Presidency after serving only three years of his second term?  Together with his first term, that would give him a total of seven years, the same number of years the Beast is supposedly to reign over the Earth.  Thus, when Vance took over, he would be seen as the true “chosen one” and official representative of the Christian god.  Such a scheme might appeal to certain manipulators of the born-again electorate.
